This role ensures compliance with internal policies, vendor licensing agreements, and financial accountability, leveraging ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) to drive automation, accuracy, and visibility.\nThis individual will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT Operations teams to optimize asset utilization, reduce risk, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will have a hybrid schedule with at least two days/week at our Miami headquarters in Brickell.\nYour Impact\nAsset Lifecycle Management\nManage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, peripherals) from procurement through retirement.\nMaintain an accurate, up-to-date asset repository within ServiceNow ITAM, ensuring data integrity and alignment with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).\nPartner with IT Customer Experience Analysts to streamline asset issuance, returns, and refresh processes.\nGovernance, Compliance & Reporting\nDevelop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures in collaboration with IT leadership and Security.\nEnsure compliance with software licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and internal audit requirements.\nConduct regular asset audits and reconciliation activities to validate inventory accuracy and policy adherence.\nGenerate and analyze asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance reports to support strategic planning.\nVendor & Financial Management\nCollaborate with Procurement and Finance to manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, renewals, and budgeting for IT assets.\nSupport cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities to consolidate vendors or reduce underutilized assets.\nServiceNow ITAM Administration\nServe as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow ITAM, defining workflows, automation, and integrations with CMDB, Discovery, and Procurement.\nPartner with ServiceNow administrators and developers to enhance ITAM modules and reporting dashboards.\nCollaboration & Leadership\nAct as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align asset management practices with organizational goals.\nSupport training and awareness programs to promote proper asset handling and accountability across the enterprise.\nYour Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related IT Operations roles.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software Asset Management modules).\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes, asset lifecycle management, and CMDB relationships.\nExcellent analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.\nExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow Discovery, SAM Pro, and integrations with procurement systems.\nCertifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow ITAM, or Certified Hardware/Software Asset Manager (CHAMP/SAMPro).\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)\nWe believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
