You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performing planning solutions leveraging the latest Anaplan capabilities, including Polaris, Workflow, and AI.\nKey Responsibilities\nModel Development\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models supporting end-to-end Supply Chain planning processes.\nDevelop modules, lists, line items, actions, imports, exports, processes, dashboards, UX pages, and reports following Anaplan best practices.\nBuild reusable model components with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nSolution Delivery\nTranslate business requirements into robust Anaplan solutions through close collaboration with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Supply Chain SMEs.\nParticipate in solution design sessions, model reviews, testing, and production deployments.\nPlatform Optimization\nOptimize model performance, sparsity, calculation efficiency, and workspace utilization.\nApply PLANS methodology and Anaplan modeling best practices to ensure enterprise-grade applications.\nIntegration & Automation\nSupport integrations with enterprise systems using CloudWorks, APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.\nConfigure data imports, exports, automated processes, and Workflow capabilities.\nContinuous Improvement\nEnhance existing applications using Polaris, Workflow, AI capabilities, and new platform features.\nTroubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable improvements.\nCollaboration\nLed closely Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams, extensive team management/working with cross functional stakeholders.\nContribute technical documentation, implementation assets, and reusable model-building standards.\nSuccess Measures\nDelivery of high-quality, scalable Anaplan models.\nModel performance, maintainability, and usability.\nSuccessful delivery of application enhancements and releases.\nAdoption of engineering standards and modeling best practices.\nCustomer and stakeholder satisfaction.\nQualifications\nExperience\n8-12 years of enterprise application development experience.\n5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building and application development.\nExperience delivering enterprise Supply Chain planning solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nCertified Anaplan Solution Architect (Master Anaplanner certification is a plus).\nStrong expertise in:\nMulti-dimensional model design\nData Hub architecture\nALM (Application Lifecycle Management)\nUX Page Builder\nWorkflow\nPolaris\nCloudWorks\nModel optimization and performance tuning\nData integrations and APIs\nSupply Chain Domain Expertise ( Preferred )\nHands-on experience implementing one or more of the following:\nDemand Planning\nSupply Planning\nInventory Planning & Optimization\nSales & Operations Planning (S&OP / IBP)\nProduction Planning\nCapacity Planning\nProcurement Planning\nDistribution & Logistics Planning\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently in Agile, cross-functional product teams.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)\nWe believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
