They will work closely with global Product Managers and Product Leadership to ensure the Hyderabad team understands not only what needs to be built, but why it matters.\nExperience in intellectual property management software, legal technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or workflow-heavy platforms is highly valuable, but not required. More important is the ability to learn a complex domain, communicate clearly, manage detail, and help engineering teams deliver high-quality software. Proficiency in AI automation using agents is a big plus.\nYou’ll love this job if you enjoy:\nProduct Ownership and Backlog Management\nOwn and manage the product backlog for one or more RightHub engineering squads in Hyderabad.\nTranslate roadmap priorities, product requirements, customer needs, and stakeholder input into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting documentation.\nEnsure backlog items are clear, refined, prioritized, and ready for development.\nWork with Product Managers and Product Leadership to understand strategic priorities and convert them into executable delivery plans.\nBalance new feature development, technical improvements, customer commitments, defects, and platform modernization work.\nWorking Closely with Engineering\nServe as the primary local product contact for developers, QA engineers, architects, and technical leads.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups where appropriate, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nClarify requirements quickly and remove product-related blockers for the development team.\nSupport engineering in making sensible trade-offs between customer value, usability, technical feasibility, scalability, and delivery timelines.\nEnsure the team has sufficient business and product context to make good implementation decisions.\nRequirements and Acceptance Criteria\nWrite clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and edge-case scenarios.\nDefine expected product behavior across user roles, permissions, workflows, integrations, notifications, and data states.\nWork with QA to ensure test scenarios reflect real customer usage and business-critical workflows.\nSupport UX/UI teams by providing context around user needs, business processes, and desired outcomes.\nValidate completed work against acceptance criteria before release or handover.\nProduct and Domain Understanding\nDevelop a strong understanding of the RightHub platform, including its modules, architecture, customer workflows, and role within Anaqua’s broader product suite.\nBuild knowledge of intellectual property management processes, including patents, trademarks, deadlines, documents, matters, portfolios, renewals, docketing, and customer collaboration workflows.\nWork with internal subject matter experts to understand the needs of law firms, corporate IP departments, and other platform users.\nEnsure product decisions are grounded in customer value and operational reality.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with global Product Managers and Product Leadership.\nHelp communicate development progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport demos, internal enablement, release preparation, and documentation where needed.\nAct as a key connector between the Hyderabad engineering team and global product stakeholders.\nDelivery Quality and Continuous Improvement\nHelp ensure that delivered functionality is complete, usable, reliable, and aligned with product expectations.\nIdentify areas where requirements, backlog processes, handoffs, or delivery ceremonies can be improved.\nSupport a culture of ownership, accountability, quality, and continuous learning within the team.\nContribute to stronger product delivery practices as the Hyderabad team scales.\nRequired Experience and Skills\nExperience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a software product environment.\nStrong experience working directly with software engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.\nAbility to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to understand complex workflows, data structures, and business rules.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain product needs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.\nAbility to prioritize effectively and make practical trade-offs.\nComfortable working with distributed teams across different time zones.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar product delivery tools.\nWhat you’ll need to be successful:\nExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, legal technology, intellectual property software, workflow automation, document management, CRM, ERP, or case/matter management platforms.\nFamiliarity with intellectual property processes (for example, patent and trademark management).\nExperience working on platforms with complex permissions, configurable workflows, integrations, reporting, or multi-tenant SaaS architecture.\nExperience supporting modernization of legacy platforms or development of cloud-native software.\nExperience working with international
