The selected candidate will guide product strategy, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery for a major federal modernization and data migration program. This role leads backlog development, aligns mission and technical needs, and ensures products and features are ready for release across cloud, data, application, and migration workstreams. The Business Analyst partners closely with engineering, Scrum, QA, cloud, migration, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality capabilities that support mission critical outcomes.\nSpecific duties and responsibilities include:\nOwn, develop, and prioritize the product backlog based on mission needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and program priorities.\nTranslate requirements into clear user stories, features, and acceptance criteria aligned with modernization, cloud, data, and migration initiatives.\nManage product roadmaps, dependencies, feature sequencing, and release priorities.\nCollaborate with government customers, mission owners, Product Leads, Scrum Masters, engineering, QA, cloud, and data teams to define requirements and delivery expectations.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, technical reviews, PI planning, demos, and cross-team coordination.\nMonitor product progress, sprint performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics while providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.\nValidate feature completeness, acceptance criteria, testing coverage, defect resolution, user experience, and release readiness.\nSupport secure, reliable delivery by ensuring solutions align with federal security, performance, compliance, and program governance requirements.\nDevelop and maintain product and technical documentation, including user stories, feature definitions, roadmaps, design documents, API specifications, data flows, and release artifacts.\nSupport troubleshooting, performance improvements, automated testing, major deployments, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams.\nThis position requires active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a CI polygraph.\nThis position is on-site with our customer in Huntsville, Alabama, and cannot be supported remotely.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in product ownership, Agile delivery, technical program support, or a related field.\nExperience leading Agile teams, managing product backlogs, and delivering technology solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud, data, application development, and modernization initiatives.\nAbility to translate technical and mission requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nMust be able to work full-time on-site at our customer location in Huntsville, Alabama.\n Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting national security programs.\nSAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or similar Agile certification.\nExperience with cloud modernization, enterprise systems, large-scale data migrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, or
