The position will apply demonstrated experience with multiple internal organizations processes, capability pairing, and cyber threat mitigation to develop planning products, coordinate operational requirements, and provide recommendations to planners and leadership.\nThe successful candidate will independently execute assigned planning activities and coordinate across multiple organizations to integrate cyberspace capabilities into operational plans and exercises. This position supports cyberspace operational planning activities in accordance with established organizational planning processes and guidance.\nResponsibilities include:\nContribute to the development and maintenance of OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, CONOPS, courses of action, concepts of support, and other operational planning products.\nSupport targeting selection, development, validation, synchronization, and deconfliction activities associated with cyberspace operations.\nSupport the integration and pairing of cyber capabilities with operational objectives and target requirements.\nCoordinate assigned planning actions with operations, intelligence, targeting, technical SMEs, and other stakeholders.\nApply knowledge of cyberspace tactics, techniques, procedures, threats, and vulnerabilities to support operational planning and threat mitigation.\nSupport joint fires planning and coordination activities in accordance with applicable policies, doctrine, and procedures.\nParticipate in activities, exercises, working groups, and other operational planning forums.\nAssist capability SMEs and planners in translating technical cyber capabilities into operational planning considerations.\nIdentify and document operational requirements, capability gaps, and planning considerations for future operations.\nSupport the development of staff products, briefings, assessments, lessons learned, and recommendations.\nSupport applicable cyberspace operations review and approval processes in accordance with governing policy and guidance.\nPerform other related planning and analytical duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nClearance: U.S. Citizen; TS/SCI w/ Poly. \nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree, Cyberspace Operational Planners Course (COPC), or related experience. \nCertification: (Moved the certifications required to the pre-screen portion as they were too customer descriptive) \nLocation: Full-time on-site in MD. \nExperience and knowledge:\n7+ years of relevant experience supporting DoW, military, intelligence, cyberspace operations, targeting, or operational planning activities. \nDemonstrated experience integrating cyberspace capabilities into DoW related planning. \nExperience developing or substantially contributing to OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, CONOPS, courses of action, concepts of support, and related planning products. \nExperience supporting the targeting cycles, including target nomination, development, validation, prioritization, deconfliction, and assessment. \nExperience supporting target boards, activities, exercises, crisis-action planning, or current operations. \nExperience coordinating and synchronizing operational, targeting, and cyber capability inputs across multiple organizations. \nKnowledge of cyberspace operations and the integration of offensive cyberspace capabilities into operations. \nKnowledge of cyber threat environments, adversary capabilities, attack methods, vulnerabilities, and operational effects. \nUnderstanding of targeting methodologies, capability pairing, target systems analysis, target materials, and collateral-effects considerations. \nKnowledge of fires, targeting organizations, command relationships, and interorganizational coordination. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nClearance: Active TS/SCI w/Poly. \nEducation: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, National Security, or a related field. \nCertification: DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II or applicable equivalent certification. \nExperience and Knowledge:\nDemonstrated experience independently integrating OCO capabilities into future operations planning. \nExperience with target development, target systems analysis, capability pairing, or advanced targeting. \nExperience working in SAP/STO or other controlled-access operational environments, where applicable. \nExperience developing senior-level briefings, decision papers, lessons learned, and operational assessments. \nExperience supporting DoD exercises and operational planning events. \nRelevant military education, cyber/targeting training, or equivalent professional
