The position administers and improves AnaVation'sAzure, Microsoft 365, identity, Windows/Linux, networking, endpoint, and related infrastructure environments. Infrastructure and cloud engineering are the primary focus, with embedded responsibilities for automation, system documentation, and technical security-control implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineer, administer, troubleshoot, and improve Azure Government/GCC High infrastructure and services.\n\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.\n\nAdminister and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and corporate network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related services.\n\nAdminister identity and access management, including security groups, MFA, Conditional Access, and role-based access.\n\nAdminister SharePoint Online, including site architecture, permissions, migrations, and platform configuration.\n\nDevelop PowerShell and other automation for provisioning, administration, reporting, and configuration validation.\n\nMaintain accuratesystem documentation, including diagrams, inventories, configurations, data flows, build procedures, change records, and operating procedures.\n\nImplement and document technical security controls, system hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, logging, and monitoring.\n\nAssist the IT Manager/ISSM with technical documentation and evidence supporting CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ISO, and DCSA requirements.\n\nServe as an escalation point for technical issues and provide knowledge transfer across the corporate IT team.\n\nWork with technology partners while maintaining AnaVation'sinternal technical knowledge and ownership.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of IT, systems administration, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or related experience.\n\nExperience administering Windows systems, Entra ID identity, and Intune-managed endpoints.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.\n\nWorking knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.\n\nExperience with system patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and technical documentation.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to independently learn new technologiesand progress from guided implementation to technical ownership.\n\nAbility to meet applicable U.S. Government and customer security requirements.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nAzure Government/GCC High experience.\n\nExperiencewithPowerShellcloud administration.\n\nFamiliarity with CMMC, NIST, RMF, STIGs, ISO, DCSA, or similar regulated-environment requirements.\n\nInterest in developing toward a Deputy ISSM / system security support role.\n\nMicrosoft Azure/M365, Security+, or comparable technical certifications.\n\nExperience supporting DoD, federal, or other regulated environments.\n\nActive U.S. Government security clearance.\n\nGrowth and Development\nThe engineer is expected to develop increasing ownership of AnaVation'scloud and infrastructure environment.
