Evaluate proposed changes for technical impact, cost, schedule, certification, and regulatory implications.\nCoordinate change implementation across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and maintenance organizations.\nManage engineering deviations and approvals.\nTrack efficiency of changes across units. \nAviation Regulatory Compliance & CertificationEnsure configuration management processes comply with aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements.\nSupport FAA, EASA, and other regulatory authority certification activities, including compliance reports.\nMaintain conformity records to support continued airworthiness.\nProvide support for audits, internal and external configuration management assessments, and all required documentation for these activities. \n Systems & Tools ManagementSupport Product Lifecycle Management system (e.g. Teamcenter).\nIntegrate configuration data with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for manufacturing and supply chain.\nUtilize requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion) to maintain traceability.\nGenerate configuration reports, metrics, and dashboards for program management. \nCross-Functional CollaborationInterface with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, flight test, certification, and program management teams.\nCoordinate with suppliers on configuration requirements and changes.\nSupport manufacturing with As Designed and As-Built configuration management.\nYour profile\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.\n Experience: Proven experience managing product configurations for aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, or other aerospace systems, with hands-on experience in engineering change management processes and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). \nSolid understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and best practices, as well as engineering drawing standards (ASME Y14.5 and ISO). \nProficiency in PLM and ERP systems, including BOM management, and working knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, avionics, and propulsion systems are required. \nFamiliarity with aviation regulations and experience with requirements management and traceability tools are considered an advantage.\nSkills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nLanguages: Proficiency in English.
