responsibilities:Aircraft Assembly & Maintenance\nPerform sub-assembly, final assembly, installation, removal, replacement, and repair of aircraft, payloads, and associated components in accordance with approved work instructions and quality standards.\nCarry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and associated systems at ANAVIA's facilities and during international deployments.\nPerform inspections and functional tests of aircraft subsystems, payloads, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).\nSupport aircraft configuration, modification, and system integration activities.\nEnsure aircraft and equipment are maintained in a safe, serviceable, and flight-ready condition.\nFlight Operations & Mission Support\nSupport pre-flight and post-flight inspections, aircraft preparation, system checks, and maintenance activities.\nPrepare and maintain aircraft, Ground Control Stations (GCS), data-link systems, payloads, and GSE for flight missions and flight-test activities.\nWork closely with Remote Pilots and Flight Operations during daily flight activities and test campaigns.\nSupport aircraft ground handling and movement before, during, and after flight operations.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize operational downtime and maintain mission readiness.\nTroubleshooting & Technical Problem Solving\nDiagnose aircraft and system faults using appropriate test equipment, technical documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.\nInvestigate system failures and malfunctions and contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nSupport engineering teams in identifying and resolving technical issues encountered during flight testing and operations.\nProvide practical feedback to Engineering and Operations based on hands-on experience.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve aircraft reliability, maintainability, and operational processes.\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure complete and accurate documentation and traceability of maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, and testing activities.\nEnsure all work is properly recorded, reviewed, and signed off in accordance with applicable procedures.\nComply with ANAVIA's safety requirements, quality procedures, work instructions, and applicable aviation regulations.\nFollow appropriate procedures for the handling, storage, and transportation of Dangerous Goods.\nInspect incoming parts and equipment as required and ensure that non-conformities are properly identified and reported.\nMaintain all GSE, tools, and technical equipment in a safe and operational condition.\nApply 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient working environment.\nTraining & Collaboration\nCollaborate closely with Flight Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth and efficient mission support.\nCommunicate technical issues clearly and proactively, particularly when safety, aircraft availability, or mission execution may be affected.\nContribute to the development and improvement of technical procedures and work instructions.\nSupport and, where required, deliver technical training for internal or external personnel.\nShare practical knowledge and experience with other technicians and operational team members.\nYour profile\nCompleted technical education or apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance, aviation technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.\nMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience as an aircraft technician in manned and/or unmanned aviation.\nExperience working directly on aircraft systems, assembly, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with flight operations, flight testing, or aircraft deployments is a strong advantage.\nExperience with unmanned aircraft/UAS or helicopters is highly desirable.\nGood understanding of aircraft system integration, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.\nStrong practical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with experience using technical test and measurement equipment.\nHands-on, practical, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong safety awareness and understanding of operational risk management.\n Valid driver's license. \nTeam player who enjoys working across technical and operational functions.\nWillingness to travel internationally and work on-site during flight campaigns and deployments.\nProficiency in English.
