goods\nPreparing required shipping and export documentation\nCreating all necessary customs and import documents\n\n Inventory Management / StocktakingManaging and monitoring inventory levels and warehouse processes\nEnsuring accurate inventory records\nConducting and ensuring continuous (rolling) and key-date stocktakes\nProviding relevant inventory data and reports\nPerforming regular stock checks and variance analyses\nCreating and defining RMA processes\nInitiating and coordinating recycling processes\nSupporting the evaluation and introduction of C-parts management systems\nSupporting the implementation of Kanban and material supply systems\nSupporting the introduction of optimized delivery and return systems for BOM materials\n\nSupply / Internal LogisticsCollaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments\nEnsuring a smooth material flow\nSecuring internal logistics at the Näfels and Bilten sites\nEnsuring internal material transport and distribution\n\nCost Control & KPIsControlling and monitoring freight costs\nVerifying invoices and creating regular performance reports\nAnalyzing logistical KPIs like delivery times, transport costs, and inventory metrics\nActively driving process improvements and efficiency gains\n\n Quality / Processes / SupportSupporting Non-Conformance (NC) handling\nDescribing, documenting, and optimizing relevant work processes\nManaging process interfaces\nSupporting compliance with aviation-specific quality and regulatory requirements\n\n Goods Receipt / Warehousing (Deputizing)Supporting logistics staff in goods receipt and warehousing\nEnsuring proper storage and correct, uniform labelling of all items\nSupporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using a forklift license\nBooking and filing delivery notes and relevant logistics documents\nCoordinating with purchasing and suppliers regarding inventory discrepancies\nInitiating the NC process for faulty deliveries\nEnsuring correct maintenance of ERP master data\n\nYour profile\n3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or freight forwarding.\nStrong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and HS/tariff codes.\nExperience with inventory and warehouse management.\nExperience with ERP systems and logistics master data.\nGood knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation.\nExperience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.\nGood analytical skills and experience with logistics KPIs and cost control.\nStructured, hands-on and
