The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and enable high-performing teams to deliver AI and data solutions successfully.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAgile Delivery & Leadership\n\nLead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.\nCoach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.\nRemove impediments, manage delivery risks, and enable teams to achieve sprint and release objectives.\nTrack and communicate velocity, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.\n\nAI & Data Program Delivery\n\nPartner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.\nSupport planning and execution across the AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.\nCoordinate dependencies across data, engineering, product, cloud, and AI infrastructure teams.\nFacilitate delivery of initiatives involving AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and cloud platforms.\n\nStakeholder & Program Management\n\nFacilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nDrive discussions around priorities, backlog readiness, scope, dependencies, and release planning.\nProvide transparent reporting through dashboards, status updates, Agile metrics, and risk tracking.\nBuild alignment across distributed and cross-functional teams.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery predictability, and quality.\nEstablish and monitor Agile delivery metrics and promote accountability.\nSupport Agile transformation initiatives and adoption of best practices across teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n8+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master.\nProven experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data & AI transformation projects.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.\nExperience working with distributed, cross-functional, and technology-driven teams.\nStrong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nCSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.\nExposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.\nUnderstanding of MLOps, DataOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Agile reporting
