initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake and dbt.\nBuild and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load large-scale data from multiple sources.\nDevelop reusable and modular dbt models, macros, tests, snapshots, and documentation.\nImplement dimensional data models including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema for reporting and analytics.\nOptimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, clustering, partitioning, and warehouse sizing.\nDesign and implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and automated validations using dbt.\nCollaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Business Stakeholders, and Product teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.\nDevelop CI/CD pipelines for dbt deployments and automate data workflows.\nEnsure data governance, security, compliance, and best practices within Snowflake environments.\nTroubleshoot data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.\nCreate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data lineage documentation.\nMentor junior data engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices.\nExperience with orchestration tools such as: Azure Data Factory (ADF)\nUnderstanding of data governance, security, metadata management, and data lineage.\nExperience handling structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML, Parquet, Avro).\n\nNice To Have: Knowledge in HRMS or Finance
