We believe in delivering anchanting experiences and aim to become the #1 customer-centric company in our domain.\n\nThe Role:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who will own our IT infrastructure and lead the DevOps team. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure that information assets and technologies are adequately protected.\n\nYou will be identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the enterprise to reduce information technology (IT) risks. You will respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, manage security technologies, and implement policies and procedures. You will also be leading the DevOps team to help automate the build, deploy and release management of our software.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nIT Infra management\n\nDefining, scoping, creation & execution of IT & data security standards and strategies and measure adherence.\nFirewall settings, WAF, security settings across tech stack, hardening and patching compliances and other Information Security Activities\nBest Practices implementation for User Access Review for all application\nPreparing, reviewing, updating, evidence management of all IT security related policies and procedures.\nEnhancing the reliability and security of the IT systems, internal IT communication channels, projects, and underlying data.\nAccountable for vulnerability assessment and IT Security Audits. Closure of all the observations\nEnsure compliance with any related legislation, such as the Data Protection Act, ISO standards or relevant government regulations.\nManage incidents related to information security.\nBest Practices in conducting the 3rd party vendor audit on Data and Information Security.\nIT Security Awareness Programs. Oversee staff training in all the latest security awareness skills, check associated protocols, methodologies and procedures are implemented.\n\nDevOps management\n\nLead a team of DevOps engineers and DBAs to help setup product builds, Continuous Integration setup, manage and monitor build delivery to all environments.\nEstablish the process and be the process champion for the end-to-end Development-Operationalization process\nCreate, manage & own automation tools & scripts, configuration management of platform technologies\nMonitor Continuous Integration build systems and proactively debug issues working with dev teams\nPlan the deployment in conjunction with change and knowledge management and configuration management\nWork closely with the development team to leverage the existing frameworks and tools to improve build system productivity.\nOperationalize monitoring and uptime of all environments\n\nRequired skills & qualifications:\n\nExcellent experience with various automated deployment, configuration management and software build tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub actions, Jenkins/Maven, Chef, Puppet etc.\nAt least 3+ years of experience as DevOps manager and IT infrastructure leader and prior hands-on experience as DevOps engineer/lead\n10+ years of experience in the field of security covering the key responsibilities listed above.\nIn-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001 / SOC2\nExcellent experience on AWS infrastructure management and tools such as CloudFormation\nMust have strong prior hands-on DevOps experience.\nDeep understanding of version control systems, including branching and merging strategies\nStrong background in Linux/Unix server system administration\nHands-on experience with GitHub required.\nBachelors or Master's degree in related technical field\n\nGood to have:\n\nCertifications such as CISM / CISSP / CRISC\nGood understanding of current legislations and regulations, standards & audit terminologies.\n\nBenefits of working with Anchanto:\n\nA chance to build career with a fast growing global SaaS tech company\nAn opportunity to collaborate with global teams\nCompetitive salary package\nAmazing work-life balance\nLearning opportunities\nWork hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Local Time\n\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer and promote diversity;
