and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in planning and executing daily activities in their communities.\nFoster meaningful relationships with individuals served, promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social integration.\nImplement individualized care plans and behavioral interventions under the guidance of supervisors and healthcare professionals.\nEnsure the safety and well-being of individuals served by monitoring their health, behavior, and environment.\nDocument all interactions, observations, and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, therapists, and case managers, to optimize the quality of care and support provided.\nParticipate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of developmental disabilities.\nQualifications:\nCurrent enrollment in a college or university program (preferred majors include psychology, social work, nursing, special education, or related fields).\nPassion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and promoting their inclusion in the community.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse populations.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic
