This role involves supervising a team of DSP/community support coaches. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and committed to enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients in the community.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordination:\nCoordinate daily operations and activities within the CDS program ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards. \nTeam Supervision:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of community support coaches and personal support coaches, providing guidance, and training. \nDocumentation:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, incidents, and staff performance. \nReview team member progress notes and provide corrective feedback to direct reports. • \nDirect Care:\nProvide direct care support and supervision to clients enrolled in the CDS Program that focuses on life skills activities and community integration. • \nCommunity Resources:\nCoordinate and facilitate access to medical, therapeutic, and community-based services to support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. \nActivity Planning:\nPlan and organize collaborative activities for various CDS groups. \nStaffing & Timesheets:\nResponsible for scheduling and approving call outs to ensure CDS groups are staffed adequately aligned with ratios and budget. \nReview and approve CDS and Personal Support timesheets.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or equivalent experience. \nPrior experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. \nProficiency in organizational and administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and report writing. \nAdditional Duties\nPerform other duties as assigned\nShift: Monday -
