This leader oversees multiple program sites and provides direct supervision to House Managers, supervisors, and program staff, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and accountability.\nReporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager plays a key role in strengthening program consistency, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the overall success of Anchor Home’s mission to deliver person-centered services.\nThe Program Manager plays a key role in staff supervision, program coordination, and ensuring individuals receive top-tier support to thrive in their daily lives and community\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Operations & Quality\nOversee daily operations across all the programs, ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.\nManage staffing levels, schedules, and attendance to ensure sufficient coverage and adherence to PCP requirements.\nConduct regular scheduled and unscheduled site visits to assess program quality, documentation, and environmental conditions.\nPartner with the Program Director to address deficiencies and maintain audit readiness.\nIdentify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.\n24/7 on-call coverage for assigned homes. \nLeadership, Training & Staff Development\nProvide training on essential daily living tasks, including cleaning, cooking from established meal plans, feeding, administering medications, and maintaining personal hygiene.\nSupervise and coach House Managers to ensure effective leadership, communication, and team performance.\nLead regular program meetings to align staff on goals, updates, and expectations.\nPromote a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration throughout all program teams.\nManage team performance through communication, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, staff meetings, and employee recognition.\nClient Care & Support\nEnsure services are person-centered, goal-oriented, and aligned with individual support plans.\nMonitor the health and medical needs of individuals, promptly reporting any concerns, and ensure the timely completion of all medical appointments and necessary documentation.\nWork collaboratively with nursing and external case management teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care.\nMonitor and assist with the finances of individuals, ensuring purchases are pre-approved, documented, and accounted for.\nMaintain open communication and manage relationships with families, guardians, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and continuity of services.\nDevelop and implement activity programs, including the Meaningful Day curriculum\nAdministrative & Compliance Oversight\nReview and approve program documentation, incident reports, and attendance records.\nEnsure compliance with regulations and all internal policies and procedures.\nEnsure accurate and timely completion of all documentation, including billable records\nParticipate in inspections, audits, and investigations, ensuring timely resolution of any findings.\nAssist in managing budgets related to staffing, supplies, and maintenance needs.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in residential or human services program management.\nStrong understanding of DDA and COMAR regulations and compliance requirements.\nDemonstrated success managing multiple program locations and staff teams.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between program sites as needed.\nAdditional Details\nEmployment Type: Temp-to-Perm, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit\nLocation: Fully on-site in Timonium, MD\nHours: Monday -
