We have excellent opportunities within Anchor Ingredients for people that have an entrepreneurial spirit, focus on problem solving, work independently or in team setting and bring a strong analytical skillset.\nPURPOSE OF POSITION:\nResponsible for receiving, loading and milling product to meet Anchor Ingredients high quality standards, while ensuring the day-to-day production needs are met with minimal down time and maximum efficiency.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nScaling Trucks\nAll inbound loads (dumping or parking on Dolly Pad - DP)Probe, test and scale all loads parked on Dolly Pad - DP\nRetain product samples on all loads - Properly mark retain sample bag\nSweep scale by unloading pit after each load\nEnter test results in BCFoods \n\nAll outbound loads (live or preloaded)Scale, ensure correct product, quantity and destination\nObtain sample, micro test and run on NIR, ensure COA and/or barcode if needed per customer requirements\nScale out and get all paperwork completed and posted in a timely manner\n\nProduction\nCheck incoming belt throughout the dayMake sure flow is sufficient to maximize cimbria needs\nEnsure product is not spilling by hole or running over belt into the leg pit\n\nBlow out screens on destoner every 2 hours\nCheck hullers amperage and visual product quality every 2 hours\nIf product is accumulating on the floor or elsewhere troubleshoot to figure out why\nMonitor baghouse reading throughout the day\nMonitor hulls bin volume throughout the day\nWalk around both dirty and clean bins to see if there are any problems developing\nCheck cimbria, destoner, hullers, roller mill and all other parts of production at least once per shift\nOther Duties: mow lawn, shovel snow, move trailers, change screens and set up grinder, extra clean up and any other tasks that need to be completed around the facility as assigned \nHousekeeping\nClean up any mess before going home for the day ensuring no personal belongings or garbage is left at workstations or other shared common areas\nSweep around the pit between loads and the entire scale once per shift\nPut tools back in their places after each use\nDisconnect air hoses when they are not in use\nTake trash to dumpster with it is full \nOther Duties: mow lawn, shovel snow, move trailers, extra clean up and any other tasks that need to be completed around the facility as assigned \nGeneral\nTrouble shoot and communicate breakdowns to our Maintenance team and Supervisor\nRepair minor issues, etc. replace drive belts & patch holes where and when able\nUtilize all members of the team to accomplish tasks, holding yourself and others accountable for duties performed.
