In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent operational experience by reviewing client transactions and instructions in a timely manner, providing attentive care to our clients, and managing their transactions in a risk-conscious way. You will become intimately familiar with the operations of our clients and their use of our platform, anticipate their needs, and serve as an advocate for them internally in partnership with Client Experience teams. You will have a full understanding of the custody operations of the firm, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations at each step. You support client interactions across multiple teams and work closely with your Client Operations teammates to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined.\nIn this role, you will:\nService institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes in support of our clients' needs, and performing transaction reviews and approvals.\n\nDevelop familiarity with all of our product and service offerings, gaining a deep understanding of product features and supported cryptocurrencies.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product, to develop operational solutions for complex client requests.\n\nParticipate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.\n\nWe have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Member of Client Operations role:\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience: Supporting operational needs of institutional clients in a financial services setting, with familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) requirements.\n\nIndustry Knowledge: Maintain a working understanding of how institutional clients (e.g., VCs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, PE firms) operate in the crypto custody space.\n\nTraditional Finance Context: Maintain an understanding of traditional financial services, products, and strategies as required to support Anchorage Digital clients and their specific strategic goals.\n\nCrypto Ecosystem Awareness: Maintain a basic understanding of the crypto industry landscape, tokens/protocols, and key operational verticals (e.g., staking, governance).\n\nTechnical Aptitude: Ability to quickly navigate and learn software systems and tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Looker.\n\nOperational Execution: Ability to execute end-to-end processing of client operations for institutional clients, including receiving, verifying, and reviewing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.\n\nComplexity and Impact of Work:\nAdaptability: Demonstrate a keen ability to adapt and learn quickly as business strategies evolve and new products or tasks are introduced.\n\nProcess Improvement & Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create internal presentations and reporting, participate in process-enhancement projects, and support the rollout of new operational workflows.\n\nCore Execution: Contribute to the delivery of day-to-day results on core tasks with moderate direction.\n\nRisk Management: Proactively identify and escalate potential client and organizational risks to leadership.\n\nOrganizational Knowledge:\nStrategic Alignment: Ability to understand and align with Anchorage Digital’s overarching strategy, driving its successful execution through operational excellence.\nCommunication and Influence:\nTeam Communication: Ability to engage effectively with team members, clearly communicate task status, and share relevant updates with colleagues, managers, and team leads (with guidance).\n\nMulti-Channel Support: Experience leveraging multiple communication channels to support clients and internal teams, including chat, text, phone, email, and video conferencing.\n\nProcess Improvement: Active contributor to internal team discussions aimed at enhancing processes and productivity;
