Ancient Crunch Inc. is a food manufacturing company based in Hackettstown, NJ. We make healthy snacks that we're proud of and run an operation that's always moving… and growing exponentially. We are a tight-knit team with many, many moving parts. This company was built from the ground up… our CEO started this company out of his garage. Four years later, we are now operating out of our own manufacturing facility. That said, we’re looking for students and graduates who want to grow with us. We are looking to fill roles in Supply Chain, Chemical, Electrical, & Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, and more. How does your degree apply to Ancient Crunch?
Agriculture:
Our products start with the ingredients we source. We care about where they come from, how they're grown, who grows them, and whether that supply can support us as we scale. We work with farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, responsible sourcing, and regenerative agriculture.
In this role, you'll work across crop sourcing, agricultural supply strategy, supplier relationships, raw material quality, availability, and long-term sourcing plans. You'll help us understand the agricultural realities behind the ingredients we depend on, build strong relationships with growers and suppliers, and develop a reliable raw material pipeline for an ever-changing CPG business.
