Обязанности:
  • Развитие сотрудничества с ключевыми клиентами на ведущих маркетплейсах, увеличение объема продаж и повышение эффективности взаимодействия.
  • Управление коммерческими показателями: оборот, маржинальность, выполнение планов продаж.
  • Разработка и реализация планов развития клиентских аккаунтов, поиск дополнительных возможностей для роста.
  • Анализ продаж, динамики спроса, ассортимента и конкурентной среды, подготовка предложений по улучшению результатов.
  • Планирование и контроль промоактивностей, участие в согласовании коммерческих условий.
  • Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями для обеспечения доступности продукции, управления ассортиментом и выполнения планов.
  • Подготовка регулярной отчетности, анализ результатов и разработка корректирующих мероприятий.
Требования:
  • Опыт работы в e-commerce от 3 лет, желательно в FMCG.
  • Опыт развития и ведения ключевых клиентов на маркетплейсах Ozon и Wildberries (1p).
  • Понимание коммерческих инструментов маркетплейсов, принципов продвижения товаров и управления ассортиментом.
  • Навыки анализа продаж, оценки эффективности промоактивностей и работы с коммерческими показателями.
  • Уверенное владение Excel и инструментами аналитики.
  • Навыки ведения переговоров, планирования и развития долгосрочных партнерских отношений.
