You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams, all while contributing to the evolution of our solutions and practice.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nEngagement Leadership\n Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements \n Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met \n Identify and manage critical risks and issues \n Track and report engagement KPIs regularly\nClient Oversight\n Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders \n Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues \n Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns\nCommercial Management & Account Development\n Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections \n Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes \n Identify and support account growth opportunities\nTeam Leadership & Management\n Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams \n Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery \n Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement\nPractice Development\n Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions \nShare methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP\n Skills & Experience\n Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority) \n Excellent communication - able to simplify complex topics for all audiences \n Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure \n High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination \n Solid financial acumen in managing engagement budgets and margins \n Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning \nWhy join AND Digital?\nWe have three values: wonder, share, and delight.
