In this role, you will take hands-on ownership of architecting, building, and deploying modern data pipelines in Snowflake, dbt and Dagster\nYou will lead the designing of scalable data models and machine learning models\nKey Responsibilities\nPipeline & Architecture Ownership: Design and implement automated, modular transformation pipelines in a modern cloud data warehouse, following a clean, tiered physical data architecture (from raw ingestion to governed marts).\nExperience with machine learning models - Needs experience with ML development life cycle within Snowflake (Martech experience highly desirable)\nGovernance & Security: Implement enterprise-grade data security standards, including automated quality testing, role-based access control (RBAC), and dynamic data masking for sensitive customer information (PII).\nTechnical Leadership: Guide engineering best practices across CI/CD, version control, and automated orchestration, collaborating closely with product managers, analytics leads, and platform architects.\nCore Qualifications & Experience\nCloud Data Platforms: Proven expertise in architecting and operating data solutions within enterprise cloud data warehouses (e.g., modern columnar cloud platforms).\nTransformation & Orchestration: Advanced SQL and Python engineering skills with deep experience in modern data transformation frameworks and workflow DAG orchestrators.\nComplex Data Modeling(dbt): Demonstrated track record modeling in dbt\nData Quality & Governance: Hands-on experience establishing automated unit/integration test suites, lineage tracking, and role-based privacy controls.\nAgile Delivery: Experience working in fast-paced sprint cadences, breaking down complex epics into clear, shippable increments.\nWhy join AND Digital?\nWe’re building a culture where talented people can do meaningful work, continue growing, AND enjoy the journey along the way.\nOur model is designed to build belonging and connection: we’re organised into regional ‘Clubs’ of no more than 80 people, so you (and our clients) get the benefits of that small company feel while also being connected to a larger whole.\nOur Practice Areas act as a ‘second home’ for our ANDis - a place where you can innovate and learn with like-minded experts who care deeply about their craft, support each other generously, and believe the best ideas come from collaboration, not hierarchy.\nOur culture is rooted in our values of Wonder, Share and Delight, and shows up through five traits that we celebrate and nurture in all our ANDis: we value curiosity, ambition and a growth-mindset.
