You will also be closely aligned to AND Digital’s AI, automation and intelligent systems practice, contributing and enhancing our AI transformation offer and taking those to market. You will be comfortable speaking publicly about AND’s AI-based ambitions, attending events and representing the business at networking opportunities.\nAs a result, you will need to be able to:\nManage a client engagement to deliver all aspects required through discussions with clients (not just following a specified statement of work).\nAct as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, influencing their AI strategy, organisational design, change or transformation plans to improve delivery and strategic execution.\nAssess a client’s current state and work with them to envision their future in order to deliver on their AI ambitions and plot a path towards an AI-enabled future.\nDesign new ways of working, including how digital, data, AI operates alongside other business functions, and how those other functions can themselves become more technology-led.\nDevelop new and innovative thinking, creating programmes of work and consulting engagements that drive out business innovation and opportunities.\nLead the compilation of compelling commercial / business cases to help our clients understand the value AND and the proposed changes can bring to the business.\nTransition organisations to new technology-led ways of working, through effective planning, communications and change management.\nWork with AND colleagues to engage senior executives, both inside and outside of IT / Technology / Digital, to help their understanding of AI and the need for change.\nGet ‘hands on’ with the work and produce the required outputs and outcomes.\nHelp grow the regional ‘Club’ as part of the Leadership team via internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership and team engagement.\nApply a commercial mindset throughout engagements and support account development plans with Client Partners. \nBe responsible for identifying further opportunities for AND Digital to support our clients, in order for them to be successful.\nContribute to the revenue and financial success of the regional ‘Club’ through successful client engagements and the onboarding of new business and opportunities. \nTo do that, it’s essential you bring the following:\nFormal consulting, professional services, or digital transformation experience, and involvement in effectively delivering change within a range of organisations.\nGood understanding of effective modern, technology-led organisations and what makes them different. Able to affect impactful change.\nKnowledge and strong appreciation of digital delivery - particularly Strategy, Product, AI, Technology, Delivery and People implications, backed up with your own insights and points of view.\nAbility to influence stakeholders with a recommended digital and AI -based transformation approach.\nBe comfortable in moving between various client assignments.\nPassion for delivering the required change for our clients in often complex, ambiguous circumstances.\nDemonstrable experience of deploying AI into your ways of working \nDemonstrated ability in consulting clients and/or implementing internal change within an organisation in the adoption of AI into the operations / workflows within the business.\nIt’s helpful if you also have:\nA breadth and depth of consulting expertise, including business development, gained at a recognised consulting firm and and/or agency-based environment.
