This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology modernization, operational excellence, and AI-driven transformation.\nThe successful candidate will help organizations identify, quantify, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies while simultaneously creating platforms for future growth. Unlike traditional IT cost reduction programs, our focus is on technical transformation that improves margins, accelerates revenue opportunities, and enables long-term competitive advantage through automation, cloud modernization, platform simplification, AI, and operating model redesign.\nThe Solution Director will be responsible for developing transformation strategies, leading client conversations, shaping commercial opportunities, and overseeing delivery of large-scale transformation programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Advisory & Solution Leadership\nLead executive-level discussions around cost optimization, technology strategy, and business transformation.\nDevelop compelling transformation narratives that link technology investments to business outcomes.\nDiagnose cost drivers, technical debt, operational inefficiencies, and legacy constraints across client environments.\nBuild business cases demonstrating measurable cost takeout, productivity improvements, and growth enablement.\nCost Takeout & Value Realization\nIdentify opportunities for:\nApplication rationalization\nInfrastructure optimization\nCloud transformation\nAutomation and AI adoption\nOperating model redesign\nVendor and platform consolidation\nProcess simplification and digitization\nDefine transformation roadmaps with quantified financial benefits.\nEstablish value tracking mechanisms and realization frameworks.\nTechnology Transformation\nLead modernization initiatives across enterprise technology landscapes.\nDesign target-state architectures aligned to business objectives.\nAdvise clients on emerging technologies including:\nGenerative AI\nIntelligent Automation\nCloud-native platforms\nData and analytics modernization\nDigital operating models\nSupport enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution.\nBusiness Development & Opportunity Shaping\nPartner with sales and account teams to identify and develop new opportunities.\nLead solution development for complex pursuits and RFP responses.\nCreate executive presentations, transformation proposals, and investment cases.\nSupport contract negotiations and commercial discussions.\nLeadership & Delivery Oversight\nLead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, operations, and change management.\nProvide executive governance throughout transformation programs.\nManage stakeholder relationships across C-suite, technology, operations, and finance functions.\nCoach and mentor consultants and solution leaders.\nExperience & Qualifications\n12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, enterprise architecture, or operational transformation.\nProven track record leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization programs.\nExperience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.\nStrong understanding of cloud, automation, AI, application modernization, and technology operating models.\nExperience working with C-suite stakeholders and large enterprise organizations.\nStrong commercial acumen and business development capability.\nWhy join AND Digital?\nWe have three core values: wonder, share, and delight.
