You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise, contribute to continuous improvements, and grow within an international Finance team.\nHow you'll make an impact\nSupport financial planning and analysis for the IT organization, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and monthly outlooks \nMonitor and analyze IT operating expenses, project costs, CAPEX, and headcount, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities \nPrepare financial reports and management information to support decision-making for IT leadership and Finance stakeholders \nSupport IT cost management and transparency, including cost allocation, chargeback models, and cost optimization initiatives \nContribute to the financial evaluation and monitoring of IT projects and technology investments, including business cases, ROI analyses, and project controlling \nSupport month-end closing, financial reporting, governance, and compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements \nCollaborate with vendors, procurement, IT, and Finance teams to support financial management and drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality \nWhat it takes to succeed in this role\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a professional finance qualification is an advantage \nFirst professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Cost Management, ideally within IT, technology, digital, or shared service environments \nGood understanding of financial planning, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, combined with strong analytical and financial modelling skills \nKnowledge of IT financial management, including CAPEX/OPEX, cost allocation, and project financial management, is an advantage \nExperience with ERP, financial planning, and reporting systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools are a plus \nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multiple priorities \nFluent English;
