Customer Relations Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in customer service and relationship management, working closely with our customer relations team to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Help resolve customer issues and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Support the customer relations team in maintaining and updating customer records.
