This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is excited to grow their ownership and craft across meaningful product areas. This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building, shipping, and iterating.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end design for defined features and product areas, from problem framing through execution, launch, and iteration\n\nWork upstream when needed, helping define what to build and why, not just designing a solution once the problem is handed to you\n\nQuickly explore and design product ideas, from rough concepts and flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes\n\nTranslate complex, AI-driven, data-heavy, or workflow-oriented problems into clear, intuitive user journeys\n\nProactively identify UX issues and experience gaps, and bring concrete proposals, written or visual, to the team\n\nApply excellent visual design craft (typography, layout, spacing, and color) to produce interfaces that are both beautiful and usable\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations, contributing to roadmap discussions and trade-off decisions\n\nParticipate in user research and synthesis to better understand enterprise users, real-world workflows, and operational constraints\n\nUse and contribute to our design system, prioritizing speed, consistency, and usability\n\nActively use AI tools throughout your daily workflow, for writing, research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and rapid iteration\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally within B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products\n\nExperience contributing to end-to-end design initiatives and shipping real product\n\nStrong UX fundamentals and the ability to work through ambiguous problems with structure and clarity\n\nStrong visual judgment and taste; you know when something is good enough and when it isn't, and you can articulate why\n\nThe ability to clearly explain and defend your design decisions to cross-functional partners, connecting them to user needs\n\nThe ability to communicate design thinking beyond pixels; you can write a clear problem statement, annotate a flow, or put together a lightweight brief when the work calls for it\n\nExperience designing for multi-step processes or workflow-driven products\n\nGrowing sense of agency: you take initiative and ask good questions\n\nProficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code) and comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels\n\nInterest in designing AI-powered products and comfort in AI-native, fast-feedback environments\n\nBonus Points\nExperience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment\n\nExperience designing for iOS native mobile\n\nExperience in travel, expense management, fintech, or adjacent enterprise platforms\n\nExperience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences\n\nRegular use of AI tools to support UX work\n\nSome front-end literacy or comfort thinking in components and systems\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nAnde is an equal opportunity employer.
