We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the experience for a major product area on our AI-powered enterprise platform. Our users plan, book, and manage corporate events, from a single dinner to a full program of corporate entertainment. You'll set the direction for how they get that work done.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end experience for a major product area on our enterprise platform, from problem framing through launch and iteration, and stay accountable for its quality over time\n\nDesign simple, AI-driven workflows for complex enterprise work, including where AI acts on its own, where it suggests, and where a person stays in control\n\nPlan and run user sessions on your own, synthesize what you learn, and turn it into direction\n\nDesign for everyone who touches a workflow: the requester, the approver, the admin\n\nInfluence experience strategy beyond your own area. Spot cross-cutting patterns, name where the product is drifting, and make the case for fixing it\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations on roadmap and trade-off decisions\n\nSteward and extend our design system, including the judgment call on when to follow a pattern and when to break it\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-8 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with meaningful time in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or complex workflow-driven products\n\nA portfolio of end-to-end initiatives you led and shipped, with clear evidence of the outcomes your work has driven\n\nExcellent UX fundamentals and a repeatable way of imposing structure on undefined problems\n\nDeep experience designing multi-step, multi-user processes with real operational complexity\n\nA track record of simplifying complex enterprise workflows\n\nExperience running your own user research, from recruiting and sessions through synthesis\n\nThe ability to build alignment across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders\n\nProficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code) and comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels\n\nPortfolio evidence of AI competency and experimentation, or a well-formed point of view on what separates good AI-powered products from bad ones\n\nBonus Points\nA shipped AI-powered product\n\nExperience as an early or founding designer at a startup\n\nExperience with event planning or event management software, or in travel, expense management, fintech, or adjacent enterprise platforms\n\nExperience designing for marketplaces\n\nExperience designing for iOS native mobile\n\nFront-end literacy.
