le cadre de l’accompagnement de notre client, nous recherchons un Incident / Problem / Process Manager pour intervenir sur des enjeux de gestion des incidents, problèmes et amélioration continue des processus IT.\nVos missions principales :\nPiloter et suivre les incidents majeurs et problèmes complexes\n\nCoordonner les différents intervenants et assurer le suivi jusqu’à résolution\n\nAnalyser les causes racines et mettre en place les actions correctives\n\nSuivre les KPI, SLA et plans d’amélioration\n\nFaire évoluer et optimiser les processus ITIL\n\nAnimer les instances de suivi et produire le reporting associé\n\nContribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité de service IT\n\nProfil recherché\nProfil recherché :\nExpérience significative en Incident Management, Problem Management et/ou Process Management\n\nBonne maîtrise des environnements ITIL et des processus de gestion des services IT\n\nExpérience en coordination transverse et avec différents interlocuteurs techniques et métiers\n\nAisance dans le pilotage, l’analyse et le suivi d’actions\n\nBon relationnel et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements
