We execute trade and distribution end-to-end, on our own account, at the speed of compute - and we are becoming the supplier of record for the entire industry.\nIndustrial procurement is a €900B market in Europe alone and the largest manual market on earth. 95% of customers have no direct access to global supply chains. Materials pass through four or five intermediaries before they reach a site, and 40% of the margin evaporates on the way. For decades, the operating system of this industry was people: people to source, negotiate, finance, ship, and sell.\nWe built the alternative from scratch. We are the supplier. We buy from global sources and sell to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, credit, and financing. One request. A firm quote in minutes. Delivered on time. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier. No warehouses. No fleet. No inventory risk. Every trade is pre-sold before it is bought.\nWe are also the credit counterparty. Customers are scored and insured in minutes and get up to 60 days of payment terms priced into the quote itself. The working capital behind every trade is bank-funded, not equity-funded.\nWhere we are today:\nStrong triple-digit-million euro turnover run rate, the majority of it from repeat customers\n\nSeven European markets live, sourced from suppliers across Asia and beyond\n\n80+ people across Berlin (HQ), London, and Shanghai\n\n$90M raised in equity and debt, including our $40M Series B, from Atomico, Project A, Target Global, and Inven Capital - with working capital facilities from UniCredit and KfW\n\nThe margin is in the bits. The moat is in the atoms. We are building the supplier of record for industrial materials - and redefining how global trade works in one of the largest and most essential industries on earth.\nWhat you will do\nYou will coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on our customer needs\n\nYou will manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations\n\nYou will open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe\n\nYou will create strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with our customers through quality work and clear communication\n\nYou will collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams\n\nYou will use cutting-edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management\n\nImprove and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence\n\nWho you are\nYou hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field\n\nYou have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management\n\nYou are data-driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems(Salesforce)\n\nYou have experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence\n\nYou are fluent in German (C1 or above)\n\nYou have scaled logistics operations across different countries\n\nPersonality\nYou have a strong commercial mindset\n\nYou are independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility\n\nYou are entrepreneurial and hands-on, fast-paced is in your DNA\n\nYou are a strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders\n\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other characteristic. We believe that diversity drives innovation, creativity, and collective strength.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3647,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"German","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Logistics","Wholesale","B2B Commerce"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-10T20:17:30Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-16T11:24:19Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-22T13:44:47Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":10,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.366,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":235,"expected_fill_days":64,"reasons":["conf:4","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-11-07T05:47:08Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/andercore-logistics-specialist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/andercore-logistics-specialist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-07T10:12:12Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":8908,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-08T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":668881},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=668881"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fandercore-logistics-specialist"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fandercore-logistics-specialist"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fandercore-logistics-specialist"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/andercore-logistics-specialist\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fandercore-logistics-specialist"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":646736}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"andercore.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":646736},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
