It supports various aspects of vehicle sales and after-sales operations while working with a broad network of business partners. The organization continues to invest in digital transformation, cloud technologies, data-driven solutions, and cybersecurity to modernize its operations, improve customer experience, and increase overall business efficiency. \n\nThe project is focused on maintaining and enhancing mobile and web solutions for Volkswagen Group Italia. It aims to ensure application stability, security, and performance through ongoing technical support, software updates, issue resolution, and continuous improvements to support reliable digital services and business operations. \n\nResponsibilities: \n- Taking L3 tickets in VGI ServiceNow within the SLA: acceptance Critical 1 h, High 2 h, Middle 4 h, Low next business day; resolution or workaround 2 h / 4 h / 8 h / next business day. The SLA clock is not reset on escalation from L1. \n- Performing diagnosis: log analysis in VGI Splunk, reproduction in the test environment, code and integration analysis. \n- Providing workarounds to restore service immediately, recording them in the ticket, and implementing permanent fixes afterwards. \n- Implementing fixes only in VGI GitLab via Merge Request with mandatory code review; passing the pipeline quality gates (SAST, SonarQube, image scanning); handing over to QA for validation and regression testing. \n- Preparing changes for VGI CAB: change description, risk assessment and rollback plan; supporting scheduled release or hotfix depending on criticality. \n- Performing Problem Management: root cause analysis for critical and recurring incidents, defining corrective actions. \n- Handling Major Incidents and Critical cases: following the escalation path on the Andersen side, working closely with the Delivery Manager and the VGI Project Manager until the service is stable. \n- Supporting continuous software updates: regression code fixes after version and dependency updates, participating in impact analysis for major version updates. \n- Updating technical documentation and the ServiceNow Knowledge Base after significant fixes. \n- Providing evolutionary maintenance on VGI request, estimated and approved separately, in line with VGI technical standards and the Logging Concept. \n\nMust-haves: \n- Experience in commercial development and maintenance of production web applications for 3+ years. \n- Strong C# and ASP.NET (including legacy ASP.NET applications) on IIS / Windows Server; Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query analysis). \n- Git and GitLab Merge Request workflow, GitLab CI; basic Docker. \n- Dependency management (NuGet / Maven), migration of outdated libraries and frameworks. \n- Log-based troubleshooting (Splunk or similar); secure coding and OWASP Top 10 awareness. \n- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. \n- Level of Italian – from Intermediate and above. \n\nNice-to-haves: \n- Java experience (20% of the portfolio; Java/Spring Boot is the VGI standard for new solutions). \n- Experience in support/maintenance under SLAs, incident and problem management (ITIL basics). \n-TypeScript/Angular. \n\nReasons why this job would be interesting to you: \n- Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Reuter Gruppe, T-Systems, TUI, Ryanair, Johnson & Johnson, etc.\n- We have been strengthening our expertise since 2007.
