It aims to improve partner management, streamline affiliate operations, and support the growth and scalability of digital marketing solutions across multiple international markets. \nResponsibilities: \nBuilding and maintaining scalable, full-stack web applications with Laravel on the back end and Vue/React on the front end. \n\nContributing to architecture decisions for applications built to scale: service design, data modeling, caching, and queue-based processing. \n\nDesigning and building RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems. \n\nDeveloping reusable Laravel packages and front-end components shared across projects. \n\nOwning quality and performance: refactor legacy code, optimize queries, and improve response times. \n\nWriting automated tests and take part in code reviews and CI/CD improvements. \n\nDocumenting technical decisions, APIs, and specifications. \n\nWorking with product, design, and other engineering teams to scope and deliver features. \n\nMust-haves: \nProfessional experience with modern OOP PHP (8.x) for 5+ years, including 3+ years with Laravel. \n\nStrong knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem: Eloquent, queues and jobs, events, service container, middleware, and authentication (Sanctum or Passport). \n\nProduction experience with React or Vue. \n\nFamiliarity with TypeScript through theory, pet projects, or courses \n\nExperience designing RESTful APIs, including versioning, validation, authentication, and error handling. \n\nSolid SQL skills (MySQL or PostgreSQL): schema design, indexing, and query optimization. \n\nExperience with caching and queues (Redis, RabbitMQ). \n\nHands-on automated testing: PHPUnit or Pest, plus front-end tests (Vitest, Jest, or Playwright). \n\nComfortable with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines. \n\nComfortable working in an AI-assisted workflow (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor), with the judgment to review, verify, and take ownership of generated code. \n\nLevel of English – from Intermediate+ and above. \n\nNice to haves: \nInertia.js, Livewire, or Next.js/Nuxt. \n\nTailwind CSS. \n\nDocker and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Forge, Vapor). \n\nStatic analysis (PHPStan/Larastan) and code style tooling (Pint). \n\nReal-time features (Reverb, WebSockets). \n\nExperience with event platforms, ticketing, or payment integrations (Stripe).\n\nReasons why this job would be interesting to you: \nExperience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
