It supports various aspects of vehicle sales and after-sales operations while working with a broad network of business partners. The organization continues to invest in digital transformation, cloud technologies, data-driven solutions, and cybersecurity to modernize its operations, improve customer experience, and increase overall business efficiency.\nThe project is focused on providing managed maintenance and application support services for a large portfolio of mobile and web applications. It covers software enhancements, technical support, continuous updates, CI/CD-based lifecycle management, and documentation while ensuring reliable operations, security, and alignment with established IT service management standards.\nResponsibilities:\nProviding L3 support, clarifying requirements, business rules, and context for complex or ambiguous incidents, and participating in root cause analysis.\n\nAnalyzing and specifying Change Requests, including functional and non-functional requirements such as logging, access control, authentication and authorization, input validation, and error handling, while contributing to threat assessments.\n\nPerforming impact analysis across applications and integrations and supporting effort estimation together with development teams.\n\nSupporting UAT activities, including clarification of requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nCreating and maintaining documentation in Confluence according to templates, including functional and system documentation, S-AD inputs, OpenAPI specifications, and release notes.\n\nContributing to runbooks and Knowledge Base articles for recurring issues and operational scenarios.\n\nMust-haves:\nExperience in system or business analysis for enterprise web applications for 3+ years.\n\nStrong experience in Requirements Engineering, including defining use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nHands-on experience with BPMN and UML.\n\nUnderstanding of web application architecture and integrations (REST/JSON, OpenAPI).\n\nHand-on experience with SQL for data analysis (Microsoft SQL Server).\n\nExperience with change management in maintenance or support contracts.\n\nExperience working with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.\n\nLevel of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.\n\nLevel of Italian – from Intermediate and above.\n\nReasons why this job would be interesting to you:\nAndersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Reuter Gruppe, T-Systems, TUI, Ryanair, Johnson & Johnson, etc. This project is just your beginning here – working with us means reliability and prospects.\n\nWe have been strengthening our expertise since 2007.
