They may also help socialize customer insights across different departments and learn to use data management tools to analyze customer behavior and create reports. Key skills for this role are strong communication, problem-solving, and an ability to collaborate with various teams. \nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n* Gathering and analyzing feedback: \nAssisting in collecting and analyzing customer feedback from various sources.\n* Supporting service improvement: \nHelping with initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer journey.\n* Data analysis: \nUsing data management tools to evaluate customer behavior and sentiments, and creating reports or visualizations to present insights.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n* Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and support, to implement improvements and ensure a cohesive customer experience.\n* Market research: Participating in market research to understand customer needs and identify problems to be solved.\n* Socializing insights: Communicating customer insights to various business functions to drive action and alignment.\n* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.\n* Problem-solving: The ability to identify issues and contribute to solutions.\n* Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing insights from it.\n* Customer focus: A passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.\n* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration.\nCOMPENSATION:\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
