While doing so it is the responsibility of the Direct Marketing Associate to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area. Individuals in this role will be eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement. \nPosition Responsibilities:\nVigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Direct Marketing Manager\n\nTransport self to assigned territory and work independently to while always representing Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.\n\nUtilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.\n\nBe courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality always permitting\n\nMaster Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings. Become a Signature Service expert\n\nCommunicate with Direct Marketing Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.\n\nAttend company meetings, as required.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required OR minimum 2 years of experience.\n\nValid Driver's License with a clean driving record.\n\nMinimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy\n\nReliable transportation to navigate through territory\n\nExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skills\n\nGoal-oriented and self-motivated\n\nAble to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets\n\nStarting Rates for this role $20.00 plus incentives.\nPAY RANGE:\n$17.48 - $26.22\n\nCULTURE AND BENEFITS:\nAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
