The IPM will effectively manage window and door replacement projects starting at technical measures and job specifications through the installation process to ensure Homeowner Delight, while focusing efforts to meet and/or exceed budget expectations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAccurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors\nProvide installation solutions that match customer expectations, adapts production specifications to the installation requirements, utilizing a thorough knowledge of Renewal Products\nConfirms details within the sales contract to assure customer expectations are in alignment with product features and options and installation process\nProvides feedback to sales representatives when a job goes on hold, works with reps to resolve questions in a quick and efficient manner.\nDetermines installation labor duration and installation materials needed to successfully complete the job.\nCompletes and submits required job files that are complete, correct and timely providing quality hand off to internal customers\nCommunicate with Installation crew on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job.\nApproves any additional installation labor required to complete the job\nTrouble shoots issues with installation crew on day of installation; this may include onsite support for the job.\nWork directly with Homeowners to resolve installation process issues.\nProvide support to sales reps with pre-sale site visits to define project scope and ensure the scope of work is reflected in pricing and contract documents.\nSupports installation leadership on recruitment of installation sub-contractors\nQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh School Degree\nA minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field.\nPrevious customer service experience, especially win/win problem solving and conflict resolution skills required.\nValid Driver’s license and clean driving record\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nKnowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.\nPrevious work experience recruiting independent contractors.\nAbility to work in a team environment\nPAY RANGE:\n$69,840.00 - $104,760.00\n\nCULTURE AND BENEFITS:\nAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
