Areas of focus include quality improvement, customer satisfaction, project support, and ensuring product conformance to specification and performance standards. Collaborate with team members in operations, supply chain, quality, logistics, engineering, and other departments to persuasively sell continuous improvement ideas.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPossess ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nDrive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving\nOwning the quality metrics of the responsible area\nExperience with PDCA, A3, DOE, 5-Why, Fish Bone Diagram, Lean Sigma, DMAIC\nExpertise in both using and coaching others in approaches\nStrong knowledge of quality management and lean manufacturing principles\nDocument control, product and process qualification, and audit processes\nError Proofing, Eyes for Waste, Visual Management\nAbility to gather and analyze data through statistical techniques.\nAble to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plans and work instructions.\nDeveloping process validation plans and documenting results\nApproving engineering change requests or PLM’s\nLead cross-functional team meetings, kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions.\nUsage of computer software tools, such as Excel or Minitab, to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities.\nProvides quality assurance support to ensure that the products produced are met with quality requirements defined by the company to both internal and external customers\nQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nBS degree in Engineering or Technology\n1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, continuous process environment required\nFunctional AutoCAD skills and geometric tolerancing\nKnowledge of PFMEA, quality programs, SPC, process capability and lean manufacturing principles\nWorking knowledge of measurement tools and systems\nASQ CQE/CSSGB/CSSBB preferred \nPAY RANGE:\n$78,824.00 - $122,176.00\n\nCULTURE AND BENEFITS:\nAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
