This is a hybrid position requiring onsite time in our Oak Park Heights, MN office.\nThe Sr. Administrator serves as a senior subject matter expert for employee data administration, governance, and Core HCM business process execution. Leads audit programs, drives process improvements, mentors team members, and partners across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Technology teams to enhance data quality and operational effectiveness.\nResponsibility\nData Governance and Stewardship:\nServe as a steward of workforce data quality standards.\nEstablish and maintain data governance controls, audit practices, and quality management processes.\nIdentify and mitigate data risks.\nAdvanced Data Administration and Special Projects:\nLead execution of highly complex workforce changes, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, compensation cycles, and enterprise data updates.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities involving employee data.\nOperational Improvement and Process Optimization:\nAnalyze trends, identify root causes, and lead process improvement initiatives.\nReduce errors, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery.\nCross-Functional Partnership:\nAct as a primary liaison between HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and HR Technology / EEIT teams.\nConsult on business process impacts and operational requirements.\nAudit and Compliance Leadership:\nLead internal data audits.\nSupport external audits and compliance reviews.\nMonitor adherence to policies and control requirements.\nCoaching and Knowledge Leadership:\nMentor HR Data Administrators I and II.\nFacilitate training and support development of team capabilities.\nAct as escalation point for HR Data Admin team.\nMinimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements:\n5-8 years HR data administration, HR operations, or Workday Core HCM administration experience.\nAdvanced expertise in Workday business processes, data governance, and audit practices.\nAbility to influence without authority.\nStrong facilitation, collaboration, stakeholder management, and change management skills.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
