As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible for developing our application backend and frontend systems that enable analysts to get maximum value from data sources that include social media, audio, and geolocation data. This is a unique role that involves developing a new product that extends our existing platform by working directly with customers, as well as working within the platform itself to enhance capabilities that will benefit multiple products.\nAn Active TS security clearance is required for this role.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDesign, build, and launch resilient, high-performance web applications and secure APIs that process, visualize, and fuses multi-source intelligence data - including social media feeds, audio streams, and geolocation telemetry - for mission-critical operator workflows.\nPartner directly with Product, Design, Domain SMEs, and other Engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into seamless user experiences that empower national security analysts.\nDeploy in the product alongside tactical operators, iteratively building, validating, and optimizing custom tools directly within real-world national security operational contexts.\nExtend and strengthen Andesite’s core platform capabilities, ensuring seamless data integration, low-latency performance, and scalable infrastructure that benefits multiple product offerings.\nWHO YOU ARE\nPassion for delivering products that delight customers that use next generation AI technology\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\nActive TS clearance\nMinimum of 5 years of full stack engineering experience\nExperience developing responsive, scalable frontends and APIs and data structures, algorithms, and software design\nProficiency in programming languages like Python and Javascript\nExperience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\nProficiency with AI coding tools and harness development\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nEVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE\n2+ years of experience working in an early stage (Seed / Series A) startup\nExperience developing AI products that leverage natural language processing, computer vision, or other machine learning techniques.\nCOMPENSATION\nThe base salary range for this role is $180,000-$240,000. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
