Keep reading to find out what we're looking for in a Finance & Accounting Associate!\n About the Role\nWe’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to join our growing team and work closely with our Head of Finance across a broad range of strategic and operational finance initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys both the analytical side of finance and the technical rigor of accounting.\nYou’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis, monthly close activities, budgeting and forecasting, board reporting, and ad hoc strategic projects. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to help build and scale finance processes at a growing startup.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is eager to deepen their FP&A experience and gain exposure to high-impact finance initiatives across the business.\nWhat You’ll Own:\nSupport financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial modeling.\nPartner closely with the Head of Finance on ad-hoc analyses and strategic finance initiatives.\nContribute to monthly close processes and support technical accounting workflows.\nMaintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes.\nHelp manage and optimize systems within the finance tech stack, including ERP and planning tools.\nSupport cross-functional teams and client-related financial analyses tied to climate initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency as the company scales.\nWhat You Bring:\n3-5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles, ideally including experience at a startup or high-growth environment.\nExposure to both FP&A and accounting functions, with a strong technical accounting foundation.\nExperience building and maintaining financial models and supporting budgeting or forecasting processes.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and finance tooling; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-moving environment.\nExcellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nBonus Points:\nExperience implementing or optimizing AI-enabled workflows or systems within a finance tech stack.\nPrior experience with tools such as NetSuite, Zoho, Xero, or similar platforms.\nExposure to SaaS, climate tech, or startup operating environments.\nExperience supporting board reporting or executive-level financial presentations.\nInternational entity management experience.\nCompensation Range\nThe base salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000, plus a competitive equity package.\nIn line with Andium's values and applicable laws, we share this information to support pay transparency and equal opportunity.
