Slack and team messaging are similarly inevitable surfaces in our daily digital lives. Our goal is to build a digital platform where people feel at ease spending much of their day.\n\nThis company is named after Tadao Ando, a Japanese architect known for blending brutalism with light and glass. His work also captures a sense of peaceful silence (something we hope to achieve and use to differentiate from Slack), and his buildings often house Turrells, Kusamas, and more. All of this inspires the visual elements of our platform: minimal, unobtrusive product design that lets us focus on the layers on top, such as the rhythm of messaging, sounds, etc.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nTouch everything from motion to interaction to sound design.
