Ultimately you must love people and systems, in some shape or form.\n\nInternal -\nYou're interested in organization topology, operating metrics, meeting design, etc\n\nYou want to shape our team's experience of working at Ando, eg thru day-to-day office ops or more memorable events like offsites\n\nKeep us compliant: from paperwork to processes, make sure the foundation is solid\n\nManage details that shape perception (swag, office setup, documentation), because they matter\n\nDesign systems that help the team spend more time building and less time on overhead\n\nExternal -\nYou're savvy and know how to gather people - for recruiting, customer gatherings, and partner education.
