You will ensure adherence to compliances related to Audit, support different MIS requirements from operations and management and analysis of variances, product costs and departmental expenses. This role is based in Verna, Goa.\n\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nManaging standard costing and current costing, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.\nPerforming monthly variance analysis of material price, freight & duty.\nPreparing monthly / quarterly MIS reports on earned hours, peer comparison and share of business for transporters.\nMonitoring inventory quality reports, ageing and analyzing slow-moving items.\nCoordinating auditors for annual audits, addressing audit observations, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).\nSupporting the preparation and finalization of financial accounts in accordance with Ind AS requirements for statutory audit purposes.\nPerforming inventory valuation, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis, and margin analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.\nEnsuring compliance with SOX & US GAAP.\nExecuting month-end closing activities with strict adherence to closing schedule.\n\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nB.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA with 6 to 8 years of experience.\nHands-on experience in general accounting matters and a good understanding of the financials, accounting concepts and audits.\nGood knowledge in product costing and overall financials of the company.\nKnowledge of ERP (SAP), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Power BI.\n\nYou Will Excite Us If You:\nHave strong analytical, problem solving, numeric and communication skills.\nAre detailed oriented with ability to check and interpret documents.\nCan independently work to time schedule and compliances.\nAre fluent in written and verbal English\nCan work independently and meet deadlines.\n\nWhy ANDREW?\nANDREW, an Amphenol company, is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
