Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.\n\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World:\nAs an Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the Direct Tax department in all TDS related issues and coordinating with the agencies / consultants for timely preparation of the required submissions. \nYou will ensure that statutory dues are remitted in a timely manner, timely payment of the withholding taxes and support the department in preparation of monthly / quarterly / Annual returns and all audit-related tasks. This role is based in Verna, Goa.\n\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nCoordinating with internal stakeholders for collection of necessary documents required for purpose of assessment and appeals. \nCoordinating with internal stake holders in connection with TDS related issues /clarifications.\nProviding day-to-day support to team members and carrying out tasks assigned by supervisors\nCoordinating with the agency / consultants to ensure timely filing of returns, payment of TDS and expenses reconciliation\nEnsuring reconciliation of returns with General Ledger and posting of entries if required.\nSupporting the team in the Finance Month Close activities and MIS reporting.\nEnsuring and advising on applicability of Tax Deduction on domestic transactions.\nCollating & maintaining documents from Foreign Vendors required for taking benefit under DTAA. \nEnsuring proper upkeep of Direct Tax records\n\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce with at least 4 years of experience.\n1 to 3 years of hands-on experience on TDS matters and a good understanding of Income Tax related matters.\nWorking knowledge in areas of Accounting and Direct Tax.\nKnowledge of ERP (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n\nYou Will Excite Us If You:\nHave strong analytical, problem solving, numeric and communication skills.\nAre detailed oriented with ability to check and interpret documents.\nCan independently work to time schedule and compliances.\nAre fluent in written and verbal English\nCan work independently and meet deadlines.\n\nWhy ANDREW?\nANDREW, an Amphenol company, is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
