You will work closely with Invoicing, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues, optimize cash flow, and drive process standardization across the organization.\nIn this role, you will also support credit and collections activities for an assigned customer portfolio, ensure compliance with European invoicing requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week required onsite in our Madrid office.\nYou Will Make an Impact By\nManaging billing activities to ensure accurate, timely invoice processing and compliance with local electronic invoicing and statutory reporting requirements across Europe.\nMonitoring invoice transmission, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and prevent invoice delivery failures.\nTracking and reporting billing status using data from internal ERP systems and customer portals.\nPerforming structured collections follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payments in accordance with contractual terms.\nMonitoring accounts receivable (AR), analyzing aging reports, managing delinquencies, and identifying potential collection risks.\nReviewing and managing customer order releases for an assigned portfolio.\nPartnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve payment disputes and collection-related issues.\nSupporting cash forecasting by providing accurate AR data, payment expectations, and collection trends.\nOverseeing cash application activities to support accurate financial reporting and account reconciliation.\nDeveloping, documenting, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and consistency in billing and Order-to-Cash processes.\nParticipating in stakeholder discussions, recommending corrective actions, and escalating AR-related risks as needed.\nSupporting the Senior Manager, Credit & Collections, with process improvement initiatives and providing operational support across the Credit department as needed.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in billing, finance, credit, collections, or Order-to-Cash functions, including significant hands-on billing experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing billing processes within a multinational organization.\nWorking knowledge of invoicing regulations, tax requirements, and electronic invoicing processes.\nExperience with customer invoicing portals and electronic invoicing platforms, such as Adquira, Ariba, or Coupa.\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage large volumes of financial data, prioritize competing demands, and collaborate effectively across functions.\nProactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.\nFluency in English.\nYou Will Excite Us If You Have\nProfessional certification in process improvement, credit management, or a related discipline.\nExperience working in an SAP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment and collaborating with technical EDI stakeholders.\nExperience identifying and implementing improvements to billing, collections, or Order-to-Cash processes.\nFluency in Spanish.\nWhy ANDREW?\nJoin our team and help shape the future of connectivity indoors and outdoors.
