We are currently seeking a Cloud Principl Engineer to work in one of our Cloud Development teams. We believe strongly in the value of personal development, and provide support and dedicated time for our people to pursue their development.\nResponsibilities\nRole specific:\nLead User Story refinement meetings to ensure stories are understood and decomposed adequately\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, document and implement quality solutions and as part of a team with deep focus on hard technical problems and explain the why, how, and what, that makes your solution technically sound, provide constructive feedback regarding best practices, performance, and maintainability \nStay ahead of the curve with respect to new technologies and techniques with an eye towards continual improvement of both the team’s skill set and the product goals \nTo act as technical expert for coding, process and best practices (e.g. adherence to Definition of Done) and effectively communicate this to the team\nCollaborate across teams to improve working practices and skill levels \nTo carry out all responsibilities in accordance with the Quality Policy and all applicable procedures\nContribute to the development and maintenance of all aspects of the applications and services owned by the team.\nIndividual \nAdhere to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nQualifications\nQualifications/Education required:\n1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) in science, computing engineering subjects.\nExperience required: Minimum 12 Years in Cloud and Software Development\n1. Extensive knowledge and proven experience as a software developer, with exposure to elements of the back-end technology stack (C#, .NET).\n2. Front-End JavaScript Frameworks, especially Angular\n3. Good experience working with Amazon Web Services, Microservices, API development\nAptitude/skills required:\n1. Knowledge and application of software engineering practices (e.g. Unit testing, TDD, CI/CD, SOLID, BDD etc.).\n2. Proven ability to lead design and development of complex features\n3. Proven ability to work as part of an Agile delivery team.\n4. Ability to analyse and solve problems.\n5.
