We are currently seeking a qualified OneStream Training and Enablement Lead to join our team supporting our DoD Federal Client. \nThe OneStream Training & Enablement Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training, adoption, and organizational enablement strategies for federal government clients implementing the OneStream Platform. This role partners with functional and technical teams to ensure users are prepared to successfully adopt new budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial close, reporting, and analytics capabilities. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and execute enterprise-wide training and enablement strategies for OneStream implementations, including role-based learning paths for executives, finance professionals, budget analysts, system administrators, and technical support staff.\nDesign and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs including workshops, hands-on labs, and executive/finance/administrator sessions aligned with project milestones and deployment schedules across multiple federal organizations.\nConduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and coordinate knowledge transfer from implementation teams to client support organizations to sustain training post-deployment.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner with Change Management leads to drive user adoption, including communication and awareness campaigns for system deployments.\nMeasure and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, assessments, feedback), identify adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nSupport the transition from implementation to steady-state operations, including onboarding materials, a centralized knowledge repository, and ensuring content stays current with application enhancements and releases.\nIncorporate lessons learned into future training initiatives and recommend improvements to increase user proficiency and platform adoption.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field. \n7+ years of experience delivering enterprise software training and enablement. \n3+ years supporting OneStream implementations. \nExperience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients. \nExperience developing role-based training curricula. \nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills. \nExperience developing eLearning and blended learning solutions. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance is required \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nOneStream certification e.g. OCA or OCP \nFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologies. \nSALARY:\nSalary is commensurate with both location and experience.\nTHE AM EMPLOYEE WILL DISPLAY…\nAttention to Detail: Produce high-quality deliverables and outputs that align with contract outcomes.\nSelf-Sufficiency: Execute tasks independently, seeking client assistance only after internal resources are exhausted, ensuring requests align with contract goals.\nTeamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.\nCommunication/Engagement: Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.\nResponsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.\nABOUT ANDREW MORGAN…\nAndrew Morgan LLC, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a certified HUBZone Small Business.
