This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external payroll vendors, and regional HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance, and operational support.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.\nResponsibilities\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end payroll activities across multiple APAC countries in collaboration with external payroll vendors. \nValidate payroll inputs and outputs, including salary changes, allowances, leave, bonuses, statutory deductions, and others. \nReview payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation processes. \nCoordinate payroll calendars and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs. \nSupport year-end payroll activities, statutory filings, and audit requirements. \nHandle payroll-related employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. \nMaintain accurate employee records in HR systems.\nCoordinate leave administration and HR documentation.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.\nSupport regional HR/payroll projects, including system implementations and transition activities.\nCoordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.\nOther ad hoc tasks and projects as required.\nQualifications\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR operations.\nRegional payroll experience in APAC countries is preferred.\nExperience working with external payroll vendors is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to manage confidential information professionally.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nCompany Description\nWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
