You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment and engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and present and share ideas through global collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nTranslate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of DevOps projects throughout the project lifecycle \nProvide solutions to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery for enterprise applications. \nEvaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices. \nDefine future state application and reference architecture, operations models, and technical requirements of cloud ecosystem in accordance with leading practices from industry and AWS Well-Architected Framework. \nContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.\n10+ years of experience in build and release and/or DevOps engineering \nHands on experience in source control management, branching and merging strategies (Bitbucket preferred) \nHand on experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo/GitHib Actions preferred) \nHands on experience in environmental management, environment provisioning, and support \nExperience with agile processes, including experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira)\nQualifications\nEducation:\n· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience\nRequired:\n· 7+ years of relevant experience building, designing, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Windows and/or Linux-based software development projects.\n· Proficient with scripting languages such as C#, Java, Javascript, Python, bitbake, or Bash.\n· Experience with Wix or InstallShield is a needed.\n· Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and IAM management.\n· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.\n· Proficient with build tools and pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Artifactory, etc.\n· Experience with logging, performance monitoring, and performance tuning tools on AWS.\n· Experience with container runtimes and orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.\nCompany Description\nWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
