This role will play a critical part in establishing Celonis as the enterprise platform for document lifecycle governance and automation.\nThis position is based at the Waters Global Capability Centre (GCC) in RMZ ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore and follows a hybrid work model, three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) on site, with the remaining days worked remotely.\nResponsibilities\nPlatform Development and Architecture\nDesign and implement DMS capabilities within Celonis CPM (Process Designer, Navigator, Documentation Facets)\nBuild scalable process-centric documentation models, metadata structures, and taxonomy frameworks.\nIntegrate Celonis with enterprise systems (SAP, PolicyTech, SuccessFactors, PLM, etc.)\nIngest, harmonize, and manage document and master data across platforms\nAutomation & Orchestration\nDevelop Action Flows to automate notifications, training triggers, and document lifecycle events\nConfigure Orchestration Engine workflows for approvals, routing, escalation, and compliance tracking\nEnable end-to-end lifecycle automation (authoring → review → approval → publish → training → audit)\nGovernance and Compliance driven DMS implementation\nEmbed document management within process models (CPM) to ensure alignment between process design and execution\nEnable traceability across processes, documents, controls, and KPIs\nImplement role-based access, document versioning, audit trails, and review cycles\nEnsure alignment with regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., auditability, training compliance)\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with enterprise teams to define requirements and translate into scalable platform solutions\nSupport workshops to define current state, future state, and implementation roadmap\nHelp troubleshoot DMS specific platform issues and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders about availability, limitations, and issues.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong working knowledge of APIs, Python and SQL for workflow automation, integration, and data handling use cases (not heavy data engineering).\nProven ability to design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions, including data-driven, rule-based, and AI-enabled automations.\nExperience designing and implementing workflow/orchestration solutions and with integrating data and automation solutions with enterprise systems\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.\nStrong learning mindset, curiosity, and drive.\nNice-to-Have / Plus Qualifications\nExperience with Celonis (CPM, Action Flows, Orchestration Engine)\nExperience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP, PolicyTech, SuccessFactors, or Track wise\nFamiliarity with Document management or Quality Management Systems (QMS)\nExperience working in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, FDA/ISO environments)\nCompany Description\nWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
