You will champion engineering best practices, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and help shape the future of software development at Waters.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet customer and business requirements, ensuring reliable and maintainable products.\nDrive technical design and architectural decisions to support long-term product sustainability, performance, and extensibility.\nEnsure software quality and security through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices, reducing defects and technical debt.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies to improve engineering productivity, innovation, and customer value.\nImplement and improve DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation, to increase delivery efficiency and product reliability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver solutions that align with product objectives and customer needs.\nProvide technical leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and influencing engineering decisions, helping develop team capability and promote technical excellence.\nQualifications\nWhat will make you a successful Software Developer at Waters:\nDegree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related science, engineering, or technical discipline.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
